RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Strategic Business Alliances COE Director to drive revenue growth through strategic alliance programs with Workiva, BlackLine, FloQast and others. You will lead relationship management, strategy, and performance across the SBA COE, partnering with sales, marketing, and service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in alliance management and sales.
• Track record of joint realization of relationship goals (revenue, pipeline).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with external strategic alliances and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Be an extension of the assigned alliance leaders and GTM leaders to advance alliance business.
• Manage daily activities and relationship health with alliances.
• Serve as primary contact for alliances, channel, and partner development roles.
• Establish executive relationships between RSM and alliances.
• Foster relationships with service line leaders to scale cross‑GTM offerings.
• Coordinate engagement across sales, presales, account management and marketing to drive opportunities.
