General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Alliance Partner Manager to lead key technology partner relationships and drive joint growth across Public Sector accounts.

You will own partnerships across Generative AI, Cloud, Quantum, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, coordinating with marketing, solutions teams, and executives to accelerate joint value. You will manage partner programs, co-selling, and co-solutioning efforts, working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's candidate preferred.
• US Citizenship required; Secret clearance obtainable.
• 5+ years of related experience in alliances and partner programs, focusing on Cloud, AI, Cyber Security, or related tech.
• Direct work with Solution Partners (e.g. AWS, Oracle, Dell, ServiceNow, Salesforce, HPE, Clear) to develop sales strategies.
• Proven ability to deploy field programs and collaborate with solution marketing in US Public Sector or mission context.

Responsabilités

• Manage technical, sales, and executive relationships with Solution Partners (e.g. Clear, Dell, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM, RedHat).
• Lead development and oversee execution of partner growth strategies including co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to build and implement joint partner programs that differentiate GDIT.
• Oversee enterprise pipeline of partner-specific opportunities with division growth leadership.
• Provide leadership for partner integration across the business development lifecycle from engagement to delivery.
