General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an Alliance Partner Manager to lead strategic partner relationships within the Public Sector. You will manage technical, sales, and executive ties with major technology partners and drive joint growth through co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.

The role requires building scalable partner programs, coordinating with marketing and solutions teams, and guiding opportunities from engagement through delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's candidate preferred.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• 5+ years on complex alliance/partner programs or equivalent technical certifications.
• Direct experience with sales strategies with Solution Partners (AWS, Oracle, Dell, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical, sales, and executive relationships with Solution Partners (e.g. Clear, Dell, Oracle).
• Lead development and execution of partner growth strategies including co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement new joint partner programs that differentiate GDIT.
• Oversee enterprise pipeline of partner-specific opportunities with division growth leadership.
• Provide leadership for partner integration across the lifecycle from engagement to delivery.
• Support customer-facing divisions coordinating division-wide growth efforts and escalations.
• Facilitate workforce enablement campaigns to build awareness and drive partner growth.
• Drive enablement programs leveraging partner-specific resources for GDIT use.
• Maintain regular communications with Solution Partner sales and technical representatives.
• Build and report on partner performance metrics to senior executives.
• Coordinate and provide logistical support for GDIT/Partner meetings and events.
