Job summary

Global Solutions International is seeking an Aircrew Scheduler to provide Advisory and Assistance Support (AAS) to an active duty bomber squadron under the AFGSC BSOS task order. This role fills a non-flying, duty function traditionally performed by pilots, enabling aircrew to focus on flying qualification and readiness.

The position requires a SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience with scheduling systems (PEX), Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint, plus knowledge of AFI

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or previously held (expired ok).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a DoD training/stan eval environment or DoD equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Update PEX/ARMS or equivalent systems and review student and records per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams; coordinate crew scheduling for training.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks and provide readiness updates to leadership.
• Generate reports and forms, including required AF forms.
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training.
• Interpret AFIs and standardize training libraries and procedures.
• Assist in developing new aircrew curriculum and syllabi.
