Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation efforts for clients. You will design strategies that reshape roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-driven future, leveraging generative AI and talent intelligence platforms.

You will drive workforce planning, skills intelligence, and organizational design, collaborating across Talent, Strategy, and Technology functions to deliver practical, scalable workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years across talent functions, incl. strategy and planning.
• 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• 6 months helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce solutions for hiring, learning, mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and automation.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using talent analytics and insights.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate talent strategy and scenario modeling.
• Shape skills architectures and career frameworks to enable workforce evolution.
