Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal innovation, legal operations, consulting, product management, process improvement, knowledge management, legal technology, AI adoption, or professional-services transformation.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Design and Use-Case Support: Identify AI use cases; document current-state workflows; design future-state workflows; translate ideas into testable workflows; prioritize use cases.
• AI Workflow Materials and Prompt Development: Build prompts, playbooks, checklists, intake forms, and training materials; select tools for tasks; test outputs for accuracy and grounding; establish human-review steps.
• Pilot Support and Implementation: Support pilots from intake to rollout; define success criteria and adoption plans; convert pilots into templates and playbooks; track adoption barriers.
• Adoption and Training: Coach lawyers and professionals on responsible AI use; design rollout plans; provide practical, scenario-based training; build a community of AI champions; report adoption metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, KM, Research, Risk, and practice leadership; maintain AI prompts library; ensure compliance with firm policies; support vendor evaluations and client inquiries.
