Job summary

Cozen O’Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team to rethink how legal services are delivered. The AI Innovation Attorney – Transactional and Advisory will partner with transactional and advisory practices to identify and implement high-value opportunities to use AI, redesign workflows, and improve how legal work gets done.

This role requires a lawyer with at least five years of substantive transactional or advisory legal experience and active use of

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• At least five years of substantive transactional or advisory legal experience.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience using generative AI in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with transactional and advisory practices to redesign workflows.
• Analyze workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Advise lawyers on where AI adds value and where it should not be used.
• Lead pilots from problem definition to adoption and improvement.
