Qualifications

J.D. preferred but not required; equivalent substantive legal, deal‑support, knowledge‑management, or legal‑tech experience are encouraged.
3–5 years of experience in transactional practice, legal technology, knowledge management, legal operations, or comparable professional‑services environment with hands‑on AI/build experience.
Hands‑on AI build experience—prompt engineering, AI workflow or agent development, and configuring legal AI platforms (Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel, Copilot, Kira, Luminance).

Responsibilities

Build and engineer AI-enabled transactional workflows across platforms.
Test, evaluate, and harden solutions with governance and quality controls.
Deploy, maintain, and scale production workflows with ongoing updates and guardrails.
Collaborate with Innovation Attorney (Transactional) and legal/engineering colleagues.
Stay current on generative AI, agentic workflows, and legal tech trends.
