Job summary

LangChain is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding GTM team. You will help tech-focused companies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain solutions, working closely with sales, engineering and customer success.

Based in San Francisco, New York City, Austin or Chicago, you will drive outbound opportunities and close deals with urgency. Expect a dynamic, high-impact environment with meaningful equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, business development or customer-facing role (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Proven ability to source, qualify, and close outbound deals.
• Demonstrated execution mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Curious and solution-oriented, continually learning about technology and customer business.
• Self-starter who can independently move initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by helping technical teams discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain solutions.
• Build relationships with prospective customers at scale across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and customer success to drive adoption and expansion.
