C3 AI, Inc. is seeking Directors/Senior Directors of Strategic Solutions to work with customers and senior leadership on high-value AI use cases and roadmaps. You will help drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities and shaping engagement plans across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic relationships, and cross-functional collaboration, with competitive compensation, commissions, and equity. Authorization to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, science, computer science or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in sales consulting or management consulting.
Strong written and oral communication; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Consult with global 1000 customers to structure and implement digital transformation strategies.
Engage in strategic relationships to realize digital transformation goals.
Develop and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
Identify customer prospects and targets through research efforts.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to create new offerings.
Represent C3 AI by driving business development with alliance partners.
Engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success.
Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time as needed.
