Job summary

C3 AI, an enterprise AI platform and applications provider, is hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions in California. You will work with customers and senior management to develop high-value AI use cases and roadmaps, driving digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires strategic account selling, strong communication, and a track record in consulting or advisory services, with the ability to travel up to 50% and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience.
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning is highly favorable.
• Work experience in consulting for enterprise clients is a plus.
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1000 customers to help them understand, structure, and implement their digital transformation strategies.
• Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realization of their digital transformation goals.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic customer engagement plans.
• Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings.
• Represent C3 AI by driving business development with company alliance partners.
• Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.
