Job summary

C3 AI in the United States seeks Directors/Senior Directors of Strategic Solutions to work with customers and senior management to develop high-value AI use cases and AI roadmaps for digital transformation.

You will identify opportunities, engage in strategic account selling, and collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to create new offerings. Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time and enjoy a competitive compensation package with generous equity.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience.
• Experience with AI/ML is favorable.
• Experience in consulting, defense, healthcare, finance, telecom, energy is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1000 customers to help them structure and implement digital transformation strategies.
• Engage in strategic relationships to assure digital transformation goals.
• Develop and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
• Research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to develop new offerings.
• Represent C3 AI by driving business development with alliance partners.
• Engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more).
