C3 AI in the United States is hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions to drive AI use case development and roadmaps with global customers. You will lead strategic engagements, collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to deliver high-value AI initiatives.

Candidates should have strong consultative experience, AI/ML fluency, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% supports a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science or related technical field.
• Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
• Experience in sales consulting or management consulting is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML and cross-industry work is favorable.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1000 customers to understand and implement digital transformation strategies.
• Engage in strategic relationships to realize digital transformation goals.
• Develop and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
• Identify customer prospects and targets; research opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to develop new offerings.
• Represent the company by driving business development with alliance partners.
• Engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time as needed.
