Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking a Partner Manager – AI Silicon Solutions to drive customer engagement, demand creation, and commercial growth for Arm silicon across AI markets.

This role focuses on strategic relationships and new silicon opportunities across automotive, robotics, industrial automation, autonomous systems, intelligent vision, medical, and other AI-enabled edge applications. You will own relationships and opportunities in North America, collaborating with technical and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, strategic account management, or technical sales in semiconductors or AI.
• Ability to build meaningful customer connections and develop complex opportunities.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and business leaders.
• Understanding of Physical AI or Edge AI market dynamics.
• Strong strategic selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Operate independently in developing markets and influence a matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with Physical AI and Edge AI customers and grow opportunities.
• Identify new applications and lighthouse opportunities in target markets.
• Engage senior leaders to understand roadmaps, workloads, and buying criteria.
• Create and progress opportunities from early engagement to deployment.
• Capture customer requirements and translate feedback for product roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance opportunities.
