GSK Enterprise AI is seeking a Staff, Marketing Automation & AI Product Manager to own a major slice of our marketing enablement portfolio. You will identify high-value AI opportunities in marketing automation, content supply chain, and the marketing experience layer, and shape funding and deployment strategies without directly managing engineers.

You will work as a senior individual contributor, aligning with forward deployed teams to drive measurable outcomes and ensure that AI products

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience spanning pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and senior product management roles in technology-led organisations.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying, scoping, prototyping, and shepherding high-value technology or AI initiatives from problem framing through funding into delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of pharma or other regulated industry marketing enablement and data-driven decision making.

• Identify and size high-value AI opportunities in marketing enablement and related domains.
• Partner with forward deployed engineers and data teams to scope engagements end-to-end.
• Shape opportunities and trade-offs, ensuring engineering focus and value delivery.
