Job summary

GSK's Enterprise AI team is seeking a senior individual contributor to shape high-impact AI engagements across R&D, Medical, Commercial, Supply Chain, and beyond. You will identify where AI can create disproportionate value, prototype hands-on, and guide engineers without managing them, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals and patient impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience across pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and product management or strategy roles in tech-led organizations.
• Experience taking at least one technology or AI initiative from problem framing through executive funding into delivery.
• Experience with pharma field force operations, including rep coaching, omnichannel orchestration, or field analytics.
• Hands-on prototyping with modern AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across the field force effectiveness lifecycle and develop a global portfolio of AI products ranked by impact, feasibility, and time-to-value.
• Quantify value by building business cases that prove savings, faster decisions, revenue uplift, and productivity gains.
• Own the Enterprise AI opportunity portfolio and maintain a living view of in-flight and prioritized opportunities.
