GSK is seeking a Staff, Marketing Automation & AI Product Manager to own a major slice of the marketing enablement opportunity portfolio, including marketing automation, content supply chain, and the marketing experience layer. The role is a senior individual contributor working with forward deployed teams to define strategy and measure outcomes.

The position is hybrid, with primary location listed as London, UK, and secondary US sites including Philadelphia, Boston, and Durham.

Formación

• 10+ years in AI/ML product strategy and senior product management or strategy roles in tech-enabled organisations.
• Deep knowledge of pharma/life sciences marketing enablement workflows and data.
• Experience leading through influence without direct reports and shaping engagements with engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and size high-value AI opportunities in marketing enablement domains.
• Partner with engineers and data teams to scope and deliver AI engagements end-to-end.
• Shape engagements, success metrics, and governance before project kick-off.
• Communicate impact to VP-level sponsors and secure data access and change-management support.
