Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations Consultant to drive go-to-market strategy for Agentforce process automation. You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery and roadmapping to delivering high-stakes POC engagements that prove transformative outcomes.

You will partner with Account Executives to uncover high-value opportunities, lead whiteboard sessions, and articulate how Agentforce and Regrello can optimize back-office functions, including Supply Chain and Finance, while

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in one or more: Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value or Technology Consulting.
Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions to shape a future state.
Technical fluency to configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools for business impact.
Executive presence: communicate AI and automation concepts to C-suite and ops leaders.

Responsibilities

Strategic Value Selling: lead as primary solution leader on complex deals and define long-term value roadmaps.
Value Architecting: craft multi-year value roadmaps showing transformative impact.
Executive Influence: present to C-suite and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
Solution Proof & Validation: manage 4–5 week POC engagements to prove value and gain buy-in.
Cross-Functional GTM Strategy: collaborate with Product and Engineering for field feedback.
Quota Ownership: drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team.
