Job summary

ThinkingAI is seeking a Partnerships Manager in Sunnyvale to build and operate a partner motion that expands our reach through co-selling, co-marketing, and co-building outcomes. You’ll source partners, land relationships, and drive executive-level collaboration with PM, BD, and field teams.

You will work with product and engineering to scope joint technical work, manage the partnership pipeline, and define measurable success for each partner tier, with direct executive exposure.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or strategic GTM roles.
• Experience at frontier AI labs or major AI platforms or comparable B2B enterprise software with partner programs.
• Working network across AI ecosystem including model providers, hyperscalers and SIs.
• Strong product instincts to engage in technical scoping and credible representation.
• Proven track record of sourcing partnerships with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and sourcing of partner landscape across AI providers, hyperscalers, MCP ecosystem, and vertical ISVs.
• Relationship building and maintaing executive-level partnerships as the primary liaison.
• Scope joint technical work with product/engineering and translate partner needs into requirements.
• Develop and execute co-selling motions with priority partners and manage account mapping.
• Lead co-marketing and joint GTM activities, generating measurable pipeline.
• Own partnership pipeline, QBRs, and reporting, defining success for each partner tier.
