Qualifications

• Experience in a Chief of Staff team, Business Operations, or similar strategic office partnering with senior executives.
• Proven track record of leading complex strategy initiatives and solving ambiguous problems.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and modern software to automate workflows and scale operating cadences.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Deriving actionable insights from business performance metrics, data trends, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive operational excellence for the K&IP organization through strategic planning and OKR tracking.
• Develop programs to solve business operations challenges and influence cross-functional teams.
• Create written communications and executive-ready materials for leadership.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership with clear, concise presentations.
