Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Director of Partnerships, AI Model and Ecosystem to lead strategic partnerships across our global compute ecosystem. Build relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive cross-functional alignment with teams across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Product in a hybrid SF Bay Area role.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in management consulting or corporate development, with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with AI

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, investments, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills, plus executive-level presentation ability.
• Background in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, hyperscalers, semiconductors, or enterprise tech is a plus.
• Experience at high-growth, venture-backed tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships across cloud infrastructure, GPU providers, hardware vendors, and compute partners.
• Own relationships with key external partners from first engagement to long-term account management.
• Develop partnership strategies aligned with Higgsfield's objectives and infrastructure roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements to maximize long-term value.
• Monitor partnership performance and adapt strategies as needed.
