Job summary

Higgsfield AI is hiring for a high-impact executive to own GPU and compute economics, plus overarching FP&A and deal strategy. You will drive post-deal delivery, build robust financial models, and shape multi-country partnerships with direct exposure to the CEO and founders.

You will become a domain expert in the GPU market, negotiate large infrastructure contracts, and influence strategic planning while traveling internationally. Onsite in SF or Almaty with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Background in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent depth in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or strategic-finance role at a fast-scaling company.
• Ability to build a three-statement model and FP&A forecast.
• Understanding of capacity, TCO, capex vs opex, and contract structure.
• At least 3 years working in international markets across multiple countries.
• Fluent English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage post-deal delivery of strategic, co-owned initiatives such as co-marketing and events.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about GPU and AI-compute market: pricing, supply, contracts, costs.
• Source, structure and negotiate compute and infrastructure agreements and capacity deals.
• Build cost models and challenge models that say a deal is good or bad.
• Model the economics of large partnerships and translate commercial decisions into a financial narrative for leadership and investors.
