Job summary

Render is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem to build and grow our most critical technology partner relationships. You will lead a comprehensive partnerships strategy spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers, and early bets on emerging platforms, coordinating with multiple internal teams and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines deep AI/developer tooling knowledge with a proven track record in partner management, capable of engaging at the highest executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Map partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging products.
• Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio with milestones and metrics.
• Lead day-to-day partnership strategy from evaluation to renewal, including terms.
• Collaborate with Product, DevRel, and Marketing to align roadmaps and staffing.
• Scope and lead Render Marketplace thinkng with value, requirements, and terms.
• Manage key partner relationships with reviews, renewals, and advocacy.
• Provide operating rigor by tracking performance and updating leadership.
• Build and scale a team of partner managers.
