Job summary

Higgsfield AI in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Director of Partnerships, AI Model and Ecosystem to lead strategic partnerships across our compute ecosystem. This cross-functional role will secure partnerships that enable Higgsfield’s continued hypergrowth, working with leadership, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product, and external executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in management consulting, strategy, business development, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management experience.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships across cloud infrastructure, GPU providers, hardware vendors, and compute partners.
• Own relationships with key external partners from initial engagement through long-term account management.
• Develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and infrastructure roadmap.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate across Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance for partnership initiatives.
• Provide market insights and develop business cases for executive decision-making.
