Bazaarvoice seeks a strategic partnerships leader to manage and expand relationships with major technology platforms and AI partners. You will align product, engineering, and legal teams, drive joint roadmaps, and convert pilot projects into scalable integrations that enhance AI-powered search and commerce experiences.

You will shape governance models, navigate data privacy concerns, and deliver measurable client value through authenticated UGC networks across multiple business units.

Competenze

• 8+ years in strategic partnerships, platform partnerships, or ecosystem leadership roles with emphasis on data, platforms, and/or adtech/eCommerce.

Mansioni

• Serve as the trusted lead for key LLM and AI partners, deepening executive relationships and identifying mutual growth opportunities.
• Establish and lead structured account management cadences (QBRs, joint roadmapping, steering committees) to align and renew partnerships.
• Drive cross-functional integrations and scale pilots into core deployments to demonstrate business impact.
• Collaborate with partners on success metrics and ROI to unlock broader usage tiers.
• Package account successes and case studies for broader rollouts across product lines.
