Job summary

Bazaarvoice seeks a Strategic Partnerships Account Director to manage and scale our portfolio of AI platform relationships and drive partner-assisted business development.

You will own senior relationships, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Legal, and lead joint roadmaps and QBRs to deliver durable integrations that enhance AI-powered search, recommendations, and shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic partnerships or ecosystem leadership roles.
• Experience turning emerging technology shifts (AI/ML) into partner offerings.
• Proven senior relationships with large technology platforms.
• Ability to translate partner needs into product roadmaps and integrations.
• Comfort operating across legal, privacy, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Bazaarvoice's portfolio of strategic partnerships and drive partner-assisted business development.
• Own the relationship and account strategy for the portfolio, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM.
• Lead executive steering, quarterly business reviews, and joint roadmapping to renewals and expansions.
• Drive pilots to permanent integrations, optimizing APIs, data feeds, and integrations.
• Quantify ROI via success metrics and prepare case studies for broader rollouts.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Legal to align on roadmap and governance.
• Negotiate terms and renegotiate scopes as partnerships mature.
• Model non-quota commercial approaches to increase account value.
• Track and communicate partnership value to executive leadership.
• Represent Bazaarvoice to senior partner executives and drive long-term collaboration.
