You’ll work across the commercial spectrum from pre-sales to post-sales, shaping client outcomes and company growth. This is not an entry-level position; it’s designed for experienced consultants or startup operators who thrive in high-velocity

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup environments.
Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and propose actionable solutions.
High-velocity execution skills to keep multiple workstreams on track; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Drive high-priority initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS, Eng/Prompting, Operations and Product.
Create and execute project plans, identify gaps, and coordinate cross-functionally.
Develop decision-making tools and models to inform leadership decisions with data insights.
Establish playbooks and growth strategies to scale the team quickly.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering to remove blockers and improve product.
