Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS or AI-focused startup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze platform usage, feature engagement, and user interactions to surface insights.
• Identify friction points and opportunities across key user journeys.
• Support rigorous A/B testing and evaluate AI model performance for impact on UX and outcomes.
• Develop self-serve dashboards and recurring reporting frameworks for cross-team data access.
• Translate complex data into clear stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
