Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup.
• Ability to diagnose problems, break them down, and propose impactful solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor to audiences.
• Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic storytelling and direct customer support across clients.
• Design internal processes to improve operations.
• Stand up pilot programs and manage early deployments.
• Diagnose problems and surface new opportunities with applied AI.
