Valence is seeking a talented Applied AI Engineer to help define and build AI-powered leadership coaching systems. You will work alongside our Head of AI and cross-functional teams to design, build, and refine intelligent systems that deliver context-aware personalized coaching at scale.

Your role involves tackling real-world AI challenges, from transforming enterprise data into actionable insights to optimizing user interactions. Candidates should have significant experience in AI/ML development and a solid technical foundation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data-intensive systems.
• Familiarity with NLP and conversational interfaces.
• Experience with core data science tools.
