The role emphasizes collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers, coordinating trainings, and delivering impactful demos to strategic audiences. A dual Business/Engineering background is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Dual degree in Business and Engineering preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML systems is a plus.
• Backend language experience (Python/Go/Node.js/Java) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Dig into customer problems to identify multi-step tasks to automate.
• Be the Go To person for the customer and coordinate with teams.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate solutions.
• Coordinate trainings to ensure solution usage and adoption.
• Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences.
