Qualifications

• 3–4 years in operations consulting (tech deployments a plus).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience querying and analyzing datasets (SQL/Snowflake).
• Able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams and client needs from design to delivery.
• Translate customer needs to the technical team’s language.
• Lead workshops, design user-centric workflows, train end users.
