Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 15–18 years of experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing operations, including 8+ years leading enterprise-scale digital strategy or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the 3-to-5-year Operations digital strategy and target-state architecture across functions.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized, sequenced, and funded roadmap with near-term value and long-term capability building.
• Assess emerging technologies (e.g., digital twins, GenAI, IIoT) and recommend adoption pathways.
• Establish common digital standards and data foundations to enable reuse across sites.
• Chair or co-lead digital governance forums ensuring GxP/compliance and cybersecurity integration.
• Define business cases, KPIs, and benefit-tracking for the digital portfolio and report realized value.
• Move pilots to standardized, multi-site deployment with clear ownership.
• Develop leaders and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
