AbbVie’s Innovation, Insights & Transformation (IIT) group seeks an Associate Director to lead high-impact transformation initiatives, including AI-driven programs, partnering with senior stakeholders to design and sustain changes that accelerate business outcomes and improve efficiency.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, driving large-scale programs across product development, manufacturing, and organizational change, with a focus on AI/ML deployment and new operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in management consulting, pharmaceutical R&D, or manufacturing.
• Experience with AI applications deployed at enterprise scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams as part of strategic transformation initiatives across the enterprise, aligning stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Lead modules within initiatives, researching and problem-solving with stakeholders and delivering data-backed insights.
• Prepare executive-level communications and present recommendations to leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and agility within AbbVie.
