AbbVie is seeking an AI Senior Business Systems Consultant within the BTS team to lead strategy and execution of automation initiatives, with emphasis on AI safety solutions. You will oversee deployment of AI and traditional products, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify and implement the right technologies.

You will translate requirements into functional specs, mentor teams, manage risks, and align initiatives with AbbVie's vision and strategy

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience.
• Master's Degree plus 7 years of experience.
• PhD plus 3 years of experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Understand processes with senior business unit clients and identify needs for technology.
• Translate requirements to BTS and functional specs for domain.
• Define capabilities and training; mentor and improve processes.
• Lead project requirements, manage risks and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
