Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 15–18 years in biopharma/regulated manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale digital strategy in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to set multi-year roadmaps and deliver value across multiple sites and functions.
• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0/5.0 and digital manufacturing tech in GxP environments.
• Working knowledge of GxP/GMP, data integrity, computer system assurance, and OT/IT cybersecurity.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders in a global matrix.
• Strong change leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-level digital strategy for AbbVie Operations across multiple functions.
• Lead architecture standards, data foundations, and governance forums with BTS and colleagues.
• Shape investment roadmap and business cases with KPIs and benefit tracking.
• Partner with site leadership and Global Engineering & Automation to scale pilots to multi-site deployment.
• Engage with technology vendors, startups, and external partners; communicate value to executives.
