Job summary

Runway is seeking a highly motivated senior partner manager to work with our most strategic partners, from Hollywood studios to Fortune 100 enterprises, ensuring they become long-term collaborators at the frontier of AI‑driven creativity.

You will blend technical fluency, strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to onboard partners to Runway’s platform and API, develop top‑tier relationships, translate use cases into product opportunities, and help shape our product strategy and industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences
• Led complex implementations of Generative AI solutions
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and hands-on with customers to deliver solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication with executives
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex technologies

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with Runway’s strategic partners including Hollywood studios and Fortune 100 companies
• Collaborate with creative teams to co-create Emmy/Oscar‑level content and campaigns
• Translate partner use cases into product initiatives and roadmap opportunities
• Onboard new partners to Runway platform and API and support ongoing expansion
• Identify new markets and opportunities for Runway products
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve partner experience
• Analyze partnership performance using BI tools and data
