Job summary

Runway is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead its most strategic partnerships, spanning Hollywood studios to Fortune 100 brands. You will pair C-suite relationships with hands-on work inside partner creative teams to drive AI-driven creativity and cross-platform success.

You will own executive relationships, collaborate with top-tier partners, and shape Runway's product strategy by translating complex needs into actionable initiatives while driving growth across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level audiences
• Led complex Generative AI / ML implementations and driven business outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executives
• Willingness to work across multiple geographies and partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Own deep, trusted C-suite level relationships with strategic partners
• Collaborate with world-class creative teams at top studios and brands to co-create content and campaigns
• Translate partner use cases into initiatives shaping product strategy and market positioning
• Onboard new partners quickly and support long-term expansion and technical understanding
• Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities for Runway products
• Develop deep technical and product knowledge of Runway offerings and roadmap
• Provide high-impact feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams
• Analyze and report partnership performance using BI tools
