Job summary

Runway is seeking a senior customer-facing leader to manage strategic partnerships with top Hollywood studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies. You will drive adoption of Runway’s AI-powered content creation platform, translating partner needs into actionable product initiatives and long-term collaboration plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level tech audiences
• Led complex implementations of Generative AI / ML solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong bias towards action and ownership
• Track record of rapid prototyping with customers
• Excellent presentation and communication with executives
• High technical aptitude for complex tech stacks
• Creative, non-linear thinking to go beyond playbooks
• Highly autonomous, structured, and able to operate with ambiguity
• Nice-to-have: experience with data tooling/BI systems (SQL, BigQuery, Retool)

Responsibilities

• Own deep C-suite level relationships with Runway's strategic partners, turning customers into long-term partners
• Collaborate with Hollywood studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies to co-create Emmy-winning and Oscar-winning content
• Codify use cases and translate into initiatives shaping Runway's product strategy
• Learn partner pain points and propose Runway solutions
• Identify new markets and opportunities for Runway products
• Develop deep technical understanding of Runway products and roadmap
• Onboard partners to the platform and support long-term expansion
• Provide high-impact feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative
• Analyze and report partnership performance using BI tools
