Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an AI Deployment Manager to own the post-sale journey for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Grok, Grok Build, Grok Bot, and Grok APIs.

You will partner with CTOs, VP/SVP Engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans, shaping rollout strategies and influencing product priorities as you ensure successful AI-driven knowledge-work transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of modern engineering and knowledge-work orgs, SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption.
• Excellent communication with developers and senior executives across enterprise.
• Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action.
• Familiarity with Grok tools or similar AI knowledge-work platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with enterprise customers and own long-term success of each account.
• Engage CTO/VP/SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change.
• Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, scalable adoption.
• Translate high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams.
• Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with sales.
• Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback to influence product priorities.
