Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an AI Deployment Manager to own the post-sale journey for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Grok, Grok Build, Grok Bot, and Grok APIs.

You will partner with CTOs, VP/SVP Engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans, shaping rollout strategies and influencing product priorities as you ensure successful AI-driven knowledge-work transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of modern engineering and knowledge-work orgs, SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption.
• Excellent communication with developers and senior executives across enterprise.
• Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action.
• Familiarity with Grok tools or similar AI knowledge-work platforms is a strong plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at SpaceXAI, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help organizations successfully roll out Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, and Grok APIs and evolve how they work with AI across knowledge work and coding.

You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence SpaceXAI’s roadmap priorities through customer insight.

Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

• - Speak fluent Japanese and business level English
