Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a founding member of the Scale team to manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts and build scalable customer programs across Grok Build and Grok Bot. You will partner with sales on renewals and expansions while shaping how we deliver value at scale.

You will lead cross-functional discussions with engineers and executives, translating data into actionable outcomes and influencing product direction for the AI stack.

Qualifications

• Scaled or digital customer motion experience from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and consumption for ~100 named accounts, partnering with Account Executives on renewals and expansion.
• Cover a shared pool of accounts with the team, stepping in where usage, risk, or opportunity calls for it.
• Build repeatable programs (workshops, office hours, onboarding, campaigns) that scale across the portfolio.
• Lead conversations with engineers, business teams, and executives about how AI changes the way they work.
• Use account health, usage data, and AI agents to decide where time matters most.
• Bring the customer's voice back to Product and Engineering and help shape what we build.
