OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead for Federal Civilian & State and Local Government to shape and deliver high-impact AI engagements across government.

You will translate customer priorities into practical deployments and sustained use of OpenAI technology in public services and mission operations. You will coordinate across Research, Product, Engineering, Policy, Security, and Enablement with Account Directors handling commercial aspects.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver high-impact AI engagements across federal civilian agencies and state/local governments.
• Turn customer priorities into practical deployments and sustained use of OpenAI technology.
• Coordinate resources across Research, Product, Engineering, Policy, Security, and Enablement.
• Own delivery coordination and customer outcomes, with no sales quota.
• Define scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and success measures; surface risks.
• Communicate progress to agency executives, program leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Engineering and Product teams retain responsibility for technical implementation.
