Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Strategic Delivery Lead for Critical Infrastructure to identify, shape, and deliver high-impact engagements that improve security and resilience of U.S. critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with customers.
• Experience leading complex public-private delivery programs and translating policy objectives into technical work streams.

Responsibilities

• Own complex engagements from discovery through pilot, security review, deployment, and sustained adoption.
• Translate missions, cyber risks, policy requirements, data constraints into clear technical requirements and plans.
• Lead public-private delivery efforts with federal agencies, sector partners, cloud providers, and cybersecurity companies.
• Drive AI capabilities supporting defensive workflows including vulnerability discovery, secure software development, threat analysis, incident response, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate deployment across government and enterprise environments with security and data handling requirements.
• Define evaluations, monitoring, and customer value measures; ensure accountability and delivery governance.
