Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead (Cyber) to identify and deliver on high-impact AI and AGI deployments for the U.S. national security and cyber enterprise.

You will collaborate with national security partners and internal teams to translate complex cyber mission challenges into deliverable plans and ensure milestone-based execution. You will lead cross-functional delivery efforts, manage risk, and drive value while navigating the constraints of national security requirements and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, national security consulting, or senior delivery roles.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work on-site with government customers.
• Experience leading AI/ML or enterprise API deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver high-impact AI and AGI use cases for national security and cyber missions.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.
• Establish milestone tracking and delivery operations at scale.
• Proactively identify risks and unblock blockers to maintain velocity.
