Job summary

CBRE's D&T Strategy Director will sit at the center of AI and Data transformation, partnering with a senior executive to translate strategy into measurable progress across the business, balancing vision with disciplined execution.

You will lead strategic analyses, create executive communications, and present concise, compelling narratives to the C-suite and internal leaders, while building trusted cross-functional relationships and upholding CBRE's RISE values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting or transformation with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Proven ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences.
• Proficiency with data visualization and productivity tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to senior executive across AI, data and transformation agendas
• Lead strategic analyses on Digital & Technology initiatives and inform executive decisions
• Translate strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes
• Prepare strategic communications and updates for leadership
• Articulate CBRE's Digital & Technology and AI transformation story for diverse audiences
• Build relationships across business lines, technology teams, and external partners
• Model CBRE's RISE values and foster consensus among stakeholders
• Deliver outcomes across customer, operations, projects, or services
