Job summary

Pivotal Solutions seeks a Director of Data, Analytics & AI to act as the organization’s Chief Data Officer. You will own the data landscape, drive data strategy, and lead AI/ML efforts to enable data-driven products and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with senior IT, product and business leaders, overseeing data architecture, governance, and analytics to deliver measurable impact across operations and customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture and data management.
• Strong leadership of data teams across analytics, engineering and QA.
• Experience applying AI/ML and advanced analytics to business value.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with growth and product roadmaps.
• Maintain understanding of all enterprise data assets and how they are used.
• Define data structures, integration, and governance for mission-critical operations.
• Lead AI/ML, analytics and data science initiatives to support forecasting and optimization.
• Partner with Security and Legal to ensure compliance and access controls.
• Translate business needs into data capabilities and product features.
• Set priorities and performance expectations for a team of eight or more.
