Job summary

CBRE seeks a Director of Cloud AI Engineering to lead a team delivering Cloud & AI-powered products and platforms across CBRE's Cloud Platform Services. You own the AI function end-to-end, including people, roadmap, and architectural decisions shaping scalable enterprise capabilities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with FinOps, Cloud Engineering, and business leaders to ensure delivery of impactful AI tooling and observability across CBRE's technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing software or AI engineering teams.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI products at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud AI engineering team; hire, develop, and retain top AI and software talent.
• Own the AI product roadmap and delivery across CBRE's Cloud Platform Services.
• Define architectural standards for scalable, secure AI-enabled cloud systems.
• Collaborate with FinOps, cloud engineering, and business leaders to align roadmaps.
