Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation to partner with the Business Unit Leadership Team in delivering the long-range plan, accelerating growth, and driving transformative programs across commercial excellence and AI initiatives.

You will own strategic prioritization, develop value creation plans, oversee strategy deployment, and embed governance for data, privacy, and ROI, working with IT, Finance, and operations to turn vision into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in strategy, transformation, or related senior roles.
• Proven track record delivering growth initiatives and value creation plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with measurable ROI.
• Experience designing and deploying AI or advanced analytics in a commercial context.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operationalize the business unit strategy and long-range plan.
• Develop and execute value creation plans across growth areas and efficiency programs.
• Lead AI strategy development, governance, and deployment with measurable returns.
• Coordinate strategy deployment with Finance, IT, and operations to ensure alignment with financials.
