Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Director to join its Digital & Technology transformation team in Dallas.

You will drive strategic initiatives at the executive level, turning vision into measurable actions and governance across AI, data and technology programs. You will build trusted relationships across business lines and partners, maintain executive presence, and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics or related quantitative field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
MBA preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to a senior executive across Strategic Initiatives including Technology, AI, Data and Transformation.
Lead strategic analyses on Digital & Technology initiatives and distill complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive decisions.
Translate strategic direction into concrete execution plans with defined success metrics and accountability for outcomes.
Prepare and present strategic communications and briefing documents for Digital & Technology initiatives.
Package the transformation story for clients and internal audiences with credibility and relevance to each audience.
